How to put this in your Gmail
- Fill in your name and job title at the top of this page.
- Click the yellow Copy signature button above.
- Open Gmail. Click the gear icon (top right) → See all settings.
- Stay on the General tab and scroll down to Signature.
- Click inside the signature box. Press
Ctrl + A then Delete to clear out the old one.
- Press
Ctrl + V to paste. Your new signature appears.
- Just below the box, set For new emails use and On reply/forward use to this signature.
- Scroll to the very bottom and click Save Changes. This step is easy to miss — nothing saves without it.
Checking that the links work: if you click an icon while you are still
inside Gmail’s settings box, Gmail shows a small “Go to link” popup instead of opening the page.
That is normal — it happens with every signature, because that box is an editor. To test properly,
send yourself an email, open the one you receive, and click the icons there.
