These SMS Terms are part of this Privacy Policy and govern our text-messaging programs.

• Marketing SMS — messages about buying your property and related offers. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Transactional SMS — messages about your property inquiry, appointment confirmations, and offer or closing updates.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your information — including mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in information — with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information only in these limited situations:

• Service providers that we use to operate our business, such as our CRM (currently Zoho) and our calling/texting and communications platform, and IT providers. These providers process information solely to provide services to us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• Transaction partners such as title companies, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, contractors, and potential buyers or joint-venture partners, when needed to evaluate, assign, or complete a real estate transaction (not for their own independent marketing).
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
• Business transfers, if we sell or transfer part of our business, in which case customer information may be among the transferred assets.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to maintain business and transaction records, and to comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
