Terms And Conditions
Effective Date: July 17, 2026 Last Updated: July 17, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://safetynetinv.com (the “Site”) and any related services, communications, and content provided by SafetyNet Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit information to us.
2. Who We Are
SafetyNet Group LLC is a real estate acquisitions and investment company operating in Central Florida, including Polk County, Orange County, and surrounding counties. We buy, sell, wholesale, and renovate real property, and we work with real estate investors and buyers.
Contact: SafetyNet Group LLC 2014 E Robinson St, Orlando, FL 32803 Email: info@safetynetinv.com Phone: +1 (321) 549-8928
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or submit information to us. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. No Brokerage Relationship and Real Estate Disclosures
We are real estate investors. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in a signed writing, we act as a principal — that is, as a buyer or seller acting in our own interest — and not as your real estate agent, broker, attorney, or financial advisor. Nothing on the Site creates an agency, fiduciary, brokerage, or advisory relationship.
Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not real estate, legal, tax, or financial advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any real estate or financial decision.
Nothing on the Site is an offer to buy or sell any specific property, a guarantee that we will make an offer, or a binding commitment. Any purchase, sale, or assignment of a property will be governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by the parties.
[Attorney note: confirm this language against Florida real estate licensing law and any current or pending regulation of wholesaling and contract assignment, and adjust to reflect your actual licensing status.]
5. Property and Information Submissions
When you submit information through the Site or to us directly (for example, through a contact or property inquiry form), you represent that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge; and
- You have the right to provide it, including the authority to discuss the property if you are the owner or an authorized representative.
Submitting information does not obligate us to contact you, evaluate a property, or make an offer, and it does not obligate you to sell. We may decline to pursue any inquiry for any lawful reason.
6. Communications and Text Messaging Consent
By providing your contact information and opting in, you consent to be contacted by us by phone, text message, email, and mail in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our text-messaging program is described in the SMS / Text Messaging Terms within our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or excessive automated requests;
- Copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the Site without our permission; or
- Use the Site to infringe the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any lawful reason, including violation of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the SafetyNet Group LLC name and branding — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission, except as necessary for your ordinary personal use of the Site.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and all content and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.
Any property information, valuations, or estimates referenced by us are opinions, not appraisals or guarantees of value.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafetyNet Group LLC and its owners, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafetyNet Group LLC and its owners, members, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at info@safetynetinv.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
[Attorney note: if you want to require binding arbitration and include a class-action waiver instead of court litigation, your attorney should draft that clause to meet Federal Arbitration Act and Florida requirements.]
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and post the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
